Board Room Renovation

Gut renovation of existing conference room to incorporate state of the art teleconferencing facility and meeting room for corporate board members on thirty second floor of an existing office building.
Recording Studio
​
Gut renovation of existing three story building to include an orchestral recording space, offices, and post production facilities. The orchestral recording space is one of the largest in the US and has been used by many prominent musicians. The acoustic design of the walls allows the sound engineers to modify the space for the type of music to be recorded. The walls can be changed to be either more absorptive or more reflective as needed.
Adaptive Reuse Housing

Adaptive re-use of a 1906 historic landmark building. The project converted the former hotel building into 173 residential units for formerly homeless individuals. The program included a new health clinic, renovation of an existing auditorium and gymnasium, and a new retail space on the ground floor.
