Noe Valley Addition
Under Construction​

An active family  of 5 wanted to add more usable space to their historic Victorian. 

The main floor was gutted to provide an open floor plan and more light into the interior spaces and a 3rd floor vertical addition added a master bathroom suite and family room.

A new floating staircase  helps keep the modern and light filled aesthetic and bring light into the now open layout.

Pacifica Addition

The project consists of a horizontal and vertical addition to en existing 2 story single family home to maximize light and space and have a better indoor/ outdoor connection.
